Silicone sealant is a chemically synthesized material, and its storage period is greatly affected by storage conditions (mainly temperature and humidity). For example, if the temperature is too high or the humidity is too high, the storage period of the silicone sealant will be shortened, which will affect the curing speed, and may even fail prematurely. If the user's actual storage conditions can meet the product requirements, the product can be used normally during the nominal storage period of the product; if the user's storage conditions cannot meet the product requirements, it is recommended that the user use it as soon as possible, and do not expire soon before the storage period. Use only when. 　　For the storage of unopened silicone sealants, we recommend the following:

　　1. Silicone sealant should be stored in a cool, dry and dark environment. Therefore, it should be stored indoors as much as possible. If the conditions are not available at the project site, protective measures such as rain and sun should be fully taken.

　　2. Silicone sealant should avoid contact with other chemical substances.

　　3. Do a good job in inventory management, ensure that the sealant is used within the warranty period, and arrange to use the sealant with an earlier production date.

　　For the storage of unused silicone sealants that have been opened: we recommend the following:

　　A. For the unused two-component silicone sealant on the two-component glue machine. Components A and B can be directly held on the glue dispenser with a barrel, and effectively sealed by the pressure plate of the glue dispenser. At this time, the pressure plate needs to be pressed down and the exhaust valve is closed. Before shutting down the glue dispenser, you should use component A to flush the gun separately, make sure that there is no black wire, and avoid the residual B component in the pipeline that may solidify and thicken and cause blockage, and perform necessary inspections and confirmations on the glue dispenser. . After the Spring Festival ends and starts, it can be used normally after full confirmation according to the quality control process.

　　B. For the one-component silicone sealant that has been opened, a plastic nozzle can be used to seal the opening part, and part of the sealant can be extruded to fill the entire nozzle. After the Spring Festival is over, the plastic nozzles are replaced, and they can generally be used normally.
