1. Product features
■ WD-821 is a one-component silicone structural sealant.
■ High strength, high elongation, high modulus, high flexibility, suitable for high-rise and super high-rise curtain walls; large-slab glass, aluminum curtain wall, steel structure main curtain wall and other buildings.
■ Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metal, coated glass, concrete and marble.
■ Excellent weathering resistance, excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, and little change in performance within the range of -40℃~150℃ after curing.
■ It has excellent adhesion to most building materials and generally does not require primer. It has good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.

Restrictions on use
■ Not suitable for all materials that can ooze grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood.
■ Not suitable for use in tight and unventilated places, because the silicone structural sealant needs to absorb moisture in the air to cure.
■ Not suitable for frosty or wet surfaces.
■ Not suitable for continuous immersion in water or wet places all year round.
■ When the surface temperature of the material is lower than 4℃ or higher than 40℃, it is not suitable for construction.

The company’s laboratory can provide customers with adhesion tests, evaluate the company’s silicone structural sealant products and the materials selected in the customer’s engineering, and test results, product recommendations, surface cleaning methods and whether to use The primer and other contents shall be submitted to the customer in written form.
■ Compatibility test: If the auxiliary materials for assembly such as foam strips are incompatible with the silicone rubber, the silicone rubber will be discolored and even lose its adhesion.
