Product Features
■ Keyuan 3000 is a one-component sealant, which is easy to use. It has good extrudability and thixotropy in the temperature range of 4℃~+40℃. It can be directly applied by extrusion with a glue gun.
■ Neutral curing, non-corrosive to concrete, marble, granite and other building materials, and it is widely used.
■ The formula does not contain inert small molecules such as plasticizers, which is non-polluting to porous materials such as marble and granite, and has good sealing and decorative effects;
■ Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and water resistance.
■ Excellent resistance to high and low temperature. After curing, it will not become brittle, hardened or cracked at a low temperature of -50°C, and will not become soft or degraded at a high temperature of +150°C. It always maintains good elasticity.
■ It has excellent adhesion, and forms a strong bond with most building materials after curing without the need for primer.
■ It has good compatibility with other neutral silicone rubbers.

Use restrictions
■ Cannot be used as a silicone structural sealant.
■ Not suitable for all materials that can ooze grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood.
■ Not suitable for use in tight and unventilated places, because silicone sealant needs to absorb moisture in the air to cure.
■ Not suitable for frosty or wet surfaces.
■ Not suitable for continuous immersion in water or wet places all year round.

Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to test the adhesion of sealants and materials used in engineering. The company's laboratory can provide customers with adhesion tests, evaluate the adhesion properties of the company's sealant products and the materials selected in the customer's engineering, and provide the experimental results, product recommendations, surface cleaning methods and whether to use primers, etc. The content is submitted to the client in writing.
■ Compatibility test: If the auxiliary materials for assembly such as foam strips and double-sided adhesive strips are incompatible with the silicone adhesive, the silicone adhesive will be discolored and even lose its adhesion.
