■WD-822 is a two-component silicone structural sealant product with adjustable curing speed and fast deep curing speed.
■Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metal, coated glass, concrete and marble (granite).
■Excellent weathering resistance, high and low temperature resistance, stable performance in the range of -40℃~150℃ after curing.
■It has excellent adhesion to most building materials, and generally does not need to use primer.
■High strength, high adhesion, high modulus.
■It has good compatibility with other neutral silicone rubbers.
The main purpose
■Various structural bonding: structural bonding and sealing of glass, stone (marble, granite), aluminum curtain wall, glass roof and metal structure engineering.
■Second bonding and sealing of insulating glass.
■Many other construction and industrial uses.
Use restrictions
■It is not suitable for all materials that can ooze grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood.
■Not suitable for frosty or wet surfaces.
■It is not suitable for continuous immersion or wet places all year round.
■When the surface temperature of the material is lower than -4℃ or over 40℃, it is not suitable for construction.

Package
WD-822 Group A is 3L plastic drum or 200L iron drum, and Group B uses 310ml plastic drum (net capacity 300ml) or 20L plastic drum.
curing time
WD-822 two-component silicone structural sealant has a pot life of 20-90 minutes after the two components are mixed. It has a strong adhesive force within 2 hours after mixing, but it is not suitable to move. It can fully exert its strength in 14 days. .
Safety Notice
This product is non-toxic after fully cured, but it should avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and seek medical treatment; uncured products should avoid children's contact.
