　　Use restrictions

　　■Cannot be used as a structural sealant.

　　■It is not suitable to be used for long-term buried connections and long-term immersion in water.

　　■Materials that are prone to exudate grease, plasticizers and other liquid organics should not be used.

　　■When the surface temperature of the material is lower than 4° C or more than 40° C, it is not suitable for construction.

  Instructions for use

　　■Before sizing, the compatibility and adhesion test of the contact materials should be carried out, and the construction can only be carried out after the qualification is confirmed.

　　■There must be no moisture, dust, or oil on the surface of the building materials that the sealant touches during construction. Otherwise, it must be cleaned with toluene or acetone and kept dry.

　　■In order to ensure the integrity of the sizing line, low-viscosity tape can be used to cover the area near the joint 0, but the tape shall not touch the surface to be constructed and the tape shall be removed immediately after the finishing work is completed.

WD-8202 neutral silicone sealant begins to cure from the surface to the inside after it is extruded and exposed to air. It is normal for the surface time to be 15~150min, and the maximum adhesive force will be generated after 21 days of construction. .

　　 This product is non-toxic after fully cured, but before curing, avoid contact between rabbits and eyes. If contact with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and seek medical treatment. Uncured products should be kept away from children. This product will release a small amount of small molecules during the curing process. Please pay attention to ventilation in the construction and curing area, so as not to cause adverse effects on the human body when the concentration is too large.
