Use restrictions

• 　　It is not suitable to use the joints buried in the ground for a long time and the occasions of long-term immersion in water.
• 　　It is not suitable to use materials that are easy to ooze grease, plasticizers and other liquid organic matter.
• 　　 It is not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of the material is below 4C or exceeds 40°C.

  Instructions for use

• 　　Before sizing, the compatibility and adhesion test of the contact material should be carried out, and the construction can only be carried out after the qualification is confirmed.
• 　　 During the construction, the surface of the building materials contacted by the sealant must be free of moisture, dust, or oil, otherwise it must be cleaned with toluene or acetone and kept dry.
• 　　 In order to ensure the integrity of the sizing line, low-viscosity tape can be used to cover the area near the interface, but the tape must not touch the surface to be constructed and the tape should be removed immediately after the finishing work is completed.

Curing time

　　 WD- -8208 neutral silicone rubber begins to cure from the surface to the inside after it is extruded and exposed to air. The surface drying time is normal within 15 ~ 60 minutes depending on the construction environment. The maximum adhesive force produced by fully curing is After 21 days.

Safety Notice

　　 This product is non-toxic after fully cured, but it should avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and seek medical treatment; uncured products should avoid children's contact. This product will emit alcohols during the curing process, so ventilation should be paid attention to in the construction and curing area to prevent the excessive concentration of alcohols from adversely affecting the human body.
